We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Home Energy team. As the first point of contact for residential customers exploring cleaner, smarter energy solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in helping South Australians power their homes and vehicles with confidence.
About This Role
This exciting opportunity requires a consultative sales approach, where you'll develop leads, prepare quotations, and close sales across our range of Solar, Battery Storage, and EV solutions. You'll need to understand and explore Member needs, providing tailored advice and solutions that deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across RAA's Home and EV Energy range.
* Provide consultative sales experiences that meet or exceed Member expectations.
* Adhere to internal processes and government regulations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* An understanding of consultative and commission-based selling.
* At least 1 year of experience in the solar industry.
