Job Description
This Administration role is a key part of our team, supporting daily operations at an aged care facility.
The ideal candidate will have experience in rostering and scheduling using electronic systems, preferably Kronos.
* Front desk reception and management of resident admissions and discharges
* Processing accounts, purchasing, and maintaining records
* Preparing and managing staff rosters, supporting recruitment, and liaising with internal teams
* Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and contributing to continuous quality improvement
