What's the role?
We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Exception Reporting Team in a full-time, permanent role based at our Lockleys office. You'll be responsible for ensuring customer mortgage accounts are accurate and compliant, while supporting our risk and business obligations. The role operates Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm or 7:30am-3.30pm. After approximately six months, you'll rotate through a Saturday morning shift with overtime opportunities available.
Hybrid work arrangements are available upon successful completion of training, typically after a six-month period and competent in role. At that point, team members are expected to attend the office 2–3 days per week.
What do I need?
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage time effectively
* High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Solid Excel skills (including macros), with confidence using systems and tools like Power Apps
* A customer-focused mindset and the ability to communicate clearly across all areas of the business
* Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and navigate complex situations with authenticity and resilience
* Flexibility to work occasional overtime
