Your New Role
* Fabricate, assemble, and repair screens for water treatment and Oil & Gas projects
* TIG and MIG welding (on 2mm material, on and off the wire)
* Work primarily with stainless steel – that's the bread and butter here
* Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
* Measure, cut, and shape metal with precision (clean work only, no hack jobs)
* Inspect your welds to keep quality sky-high
* Maintain your gear and tools so they look after you
* Keep safety front and centre while getting projects out the door
* Workload split between welding and fabrication – some days 50/50, others 70/30 depending on what's on
Who Are You?
* Trade-qualified Boilermaker
* Manufacturing/industrial experience
* MIG & TIG welding skills
* Previous stainless steel experience
* Blueprint reading confidence
* Solid eye for detail and quality
* Safety-first attitude
* Ability to work solo or in a crew
* Physically fit to handle materials and equipment
