Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of food and beverage services, weddings, and events.
* Lead and develop front-of-house and events teams, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including WHS, liquor licensing, and food safety standards.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
Requirements
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in hospitality management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills, with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Solid understanding of Australian hospitality compliance requirements and financial management principles.
* Relevant qualifications in hospitality or business an advantage but not essential with experience.
