Program support worker - support for carers (morwell)

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for a Program Support Worker to join our team and support the Support for Carers and Additional Respite Programs in the beautiful regions of Inner and Outer Gippsland.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, consumers, community members, staff, volunteers, and stakeholders involved with the Support for Carers and Additional Respite Programs.
• Coordinate and procure goods and services for carers and care recipients.
• Liaise with carers and care recipients regarding their service preferences.
• Prepare for group programs and maintain efficient office systems to ensure accountable administration.
• Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements of the programs are completed and submitted to the program manager in a timely manner.
• Provide administration support and data entry to client management systems and databases, updating forms as required.

About you

You will have a Certificate in Business Administration or relevant experience (desirable).

• Demonstrated experience in administrative roles (essential)
• Experience in a human services organisation (desirable)
• Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision and under pressure
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and effectively manage feedback
