Service Coordinator Role
This 12-month contract opportunity allows you to support the Service Department in a fast-paced environment. You will manage service requests, coordinate technicians, and handle customer communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and allocate service requests according to established procedures.
* Coordinate technicians to meet productivity targets.
* Handle customer service calls and resolve queries efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of services provided.
* Process administrative tasks, including work orders and invoices.
Required Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles or coordination positions.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency with IT systems, particularly SAP/Service Max.
* Excellent customer service and phone manner.
* Calm and professional under pressure.
* Team-oriented with initiative and attention to detail.
