* Eye for detail and accuracy
* Ability to work and make decisions under pressure
What you will be doing
* Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
* Provide professional medication advice and counselling to patients.
* Review medication regimens to identify interactions or adverse effects and liaise with prescribers to resolve issues.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Support pharmacy quality improvement by following and helping develop policies and procedures.
* Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
* Train and mentor pharmacy technicians and interns.
* Keep current with industry developments, research, and best practices.
