Job Title: Executive Team Assistant
This is a highly sought-after role for individuals who excel at administrative support. As an Executive Team Assistant, you will provide day-to-day assistance to the Executive Leadership Team.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
* Managing diaries and emails for the Executive Team
* Preparing documents using word processing software
* Coordinating events and office management tasks
You will also be responsible for liaising with external parties and building relationships within the business.
Key Requirements:
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Experience as an Executive Assistant and/or in Office Management and Procurement
Additional Responsibilities:
* Organise and manage Executive Team meetings and special events
* Assist in preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents
* Conduct checks of documents and submissions to ensure accuracy and quality presentation
