Job Summary
In this role, you will provide specialized knowledge and technical expertise to support facility commissioning and startup. You will participate in work planning and packaging, turnover coordination, material management, quality control, and environmental safety and health.
This is a site-based role on a 2&1 FIFO Roster and you will be an essential resource for technical advice and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
* Leads support of basic Startup Specialist duties including installation configuration validation and work package development
* Ensures technical direction to subcontractors completing commissioning & startup activities
* Plans and schedules CSU execution activities including sequence and resource requirements
* Prepares Startup Work Packages and Test Work Packages
Required Skills and Qualifications
You require a bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent. You have broad knowledge of engineering systems, precedents in the startup area, and industry or regulatory standards.
You possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and are able to train and direct subordinate staff as assigned.
