Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join our Asset Management team. This role provides vital administrative and procurement support to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our bus fleet.
You will be based at our depot, with regular travel to other workshops.
* Generating purchase requisitions and issuing approved purchase orders
* Ordering parts, supplies, and stationery for workshop operations
* End-of-month fuel reconciliation (shared responsibility across the team)
* Supporting payroll processes and resolving pay-related queries
* Maintaining and updating registers (licences, training, compliance, etc.)
* Preparing KPI scorecards, stocktake, and audit documentation
* Coordinating inspections, training sessions, and compliance activities
* Assisting with event management and coordination for workshops and functions
* Supporting the preparation, communication, and maintenance of rosters
* Filing and maintaining workshop records
* Carrying equipment as required
* Travel between depots as needed
