THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our client's energetic and enthusiastic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound investor inquiries, acting as a positive ambassador of our client's brand. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in financial markets and corporate customer service, working collaboratively with a supportive team.
Key responsibilities :
* Process investor instructions and elections accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure exceptional service delivery, including actively participating in client meetings, providing support and expertise as necessary.
* Own a small portfolio of clients, maintaining regular communication to ensure awareness of current and upcoming tasks, and providing guidance on task completion.
* Respond to inbound and outbound client communications via email and phone.
* Assist with client correspondence, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Prepare and dispatch investor communications.
* Represent the business professionally to maintain a positive image.
* Provide administrative support to the broader Fund Registry team as needed.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
To be effective in this role, the person will need the following :
* Relevant experience in Fund or Share Registry (Essential)
* Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
* High attention to detail for accurate processing
* Team player, contributing to process improvements
* Strong problem-solving and risk management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
