THE ROLE
Take ownership of a clinically essential infusion portfolio used across critical care environments.
This role goes beyond traditional product management, you will lead efforts to reposition the portfolio and accelerate growth in a competitive market, partnering closely with Sales and key stakeholders to drive performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading portfolio strategy, planning, and execution across ANZ
* Developing and implementing targeted marketing initiatives aligned to business goals
* Partnering with Sales to strengthen product focus, capability, and market impact
* Conducting market analysis, competitor insights, and segmentation to inform strategy
* Managing forecasting, pricing, and overall commercial performance
* Collaborating cross-functionally with teams across marketing, supply chain, regulatory, and finance
* Playing a key role in shaping direction, influencing stakeholders, and driving measurable growth outcomes
ABOUT YOU
* 3+ years' experience in Product Management or Marketing within MedTech, healthcare, or a related industry
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and interpret data, identify trends, and inform business decisions
* Ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from strategy through to execution
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally and operate effectively in clinically complex environments
* Confident engaging and influencing stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes
* Experience delivering product growth, repositioning, or performance improvement initiatives
* Proactive and hands-on, with strong attention to detail and a high level of ownership
