About The Role
Join National Tiles as an Assistant Manager based at our Mornington store, where you will play a key leadership role in driving sales, coaching the team and maintaining high operational standards.
This is a full‐time position offering 40 hours per week across a Tue‐Sat roster.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth store performance
* Lead by example to foster a customer‐obsessed culture and deliver meaningful store experiences that reflect the highest industry standards
* Coach and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets, budgets and operational KPIs across the full product range
* Foster a collaborative, positive culture that empowers every team member to succeed through ongoing coaching, mentoring and support
* Manage the end‐to‐end process from store presentation and stock management to compliance with care and accuracy
* Champion a safe workplace by following our health and safety practices
About You
* Proven leadership experience with a customer‐first mindset and experience meeting targets and KPIs
* Results‐driven, commercially astute and motivated about achieving business goals
* Skilled at coaching teams, managing priorities and supporting others to reach their potential
* Strong communicator who leads by example and builds high‐performance cultures
* Quick to adapt, multitask and thrive in a fast‐paced environment
