Talent Manager - Drinks Industry Specialists
Our client is a renowned independently owned and operated national spirits distributor, sourcing and accelerating iconic brands in the Australian market. As they continue to grow, they are seeking enthusiastic sales professionals to help expand their presence across both On and Off Premise channels and achieve their ambitious goals.

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and distribution from the Gold Coast to Byron.
In addition, this is a well-established territory with long-standing accounts and relationships, offering an exceptional platform for a motivated sales professional to step in and build on a solid foundation.
Base Pay Range
A$75,******/yr - A$95,******/yr
Role Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong business relationships
Create and implement joint business plans with key clients
Understand each account deeply to provide strategic solutions
Drive suitable offers for the customers' business and/or new product development
Ensure performance targets for distribution and promotional activities
Present and deliver core ranges, programs, and new products
Actively contribute to state profitability growth
Identify local market opportunities and develop relevant initiatives
Manage the process from opportunity identification to execution
Execute trade marketing strategies
Ideal Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in the drinks industry, preferably in drinks
High-level knowledge and understanding of cocktails
Energetic, enthusiastic, with a positive, go-getter attitude
Previous experience in a similar role
Proven ability to build professional relationships
Highly motivated and target-driven
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Passion for premium spirits/category knowledge
CRM experience is desirable
Relevant qualifications in business, commerce, or marketing are desirable
Willingness to learn and improve
Ability to follow a call cycle and work autonomously
