Restructuring Graduate Opportunity
We are seeking a recent graduate or student in their final year of study to join our Restructuring team. This role offers the opportunity to work with companies in financial distress, protecting value and reputations.
Our team has managed many complex corporate and government restructures, including notable projects such as Network Ten, Arrium, Scott's Refrigerated Logistics, Grocon, and Ansett Australia. We also support governments to shape future outcomes.
As a graduate, you will work alongside experienced specialists to learn the skills required to manage independent business reviews, cash flow monitoring, restructuring, financial and strategic advisory, and formal insolvency appointments.
Key responsibilities include collaborating onsite with project teams managing daily operations of distressed businesses, handling creditor inquiries, engaging key stakeholders through the insolvency process, and assisting in executing sale transactions for businesses and assets.
You will have a buddy to help navigate office life, a mentor to guide your career, and access to regular events and activities.
