Key Responsibilities
* To apply high-quality spray coatings of primers, sealers, basecoats, and clearcoats.
* To confidently replicate factory finishes using advanced techniques.
* To collaborate effectively with prep staff and painters to meet team demands.
This role requires the ability to produce pristine sprayed finishes with minimal imperfections and consistent texture and gloss. Additional qualifications include a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Certification in I-Car Australia is a valuable asset. The ideal candidate must be willing to work overtime and train others. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced collision shop environment and have expertise in operating hand and power tools, as well as shop tools and test equipment.
