This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the office while contributing to the success of a respected engineering business.
Your new role
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate financial records using MYOB
- Assist with payroll preparation and employee records management
- Provide support to management and trades staff with scheduling, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Handle client communications, enquiries, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and office supplies
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a technical or industrial setting
- Proficiency in MYOB and strong general accounting knowledge
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
