Your role as a customer service representative is to ensure all customers have a great sales experience with Minova by assisting them throughout the purchasing experience. You will also be required to support the clients stakeholders by answering enquiries.
Key Accountabilities
- Processing orders and entering them into SAP within 24 hours of order placement
- Escalate urgent requests where required
- Process payments via credit card
- Complete end of week and month
- Understanding customer terms and business for accurate sales processing
- Completing reports within the required time frame
You must posess
- Customer service experience in a business to business role
- Initiative and drive
- Resilience and flexibility
- Higher School Certificate
- SAP experience
