We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the coordination of field service work and ensure seamless customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in managing schedules, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and technicians.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate field service work to ensure timely completion.
* Develop and implement effective scheduling processes to optimize resource allocation.

* Prepare and issue customer invoices while maintaining accurate records.
* Support compliance with relevant industry standards and quality management systems.

Essential Criteria:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Candidates with experience in electrical or mechanical based services are highly regarded.
