Payroll Manager
to oversee the delivery of accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services across our global footprint. This is a leadership role that combines strategic direction, operational excellence, and a passion for continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Lead and coach a high-performing payroll team, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
Drive strong customer service standards and maintain transparent service levels.
Ensure compliance with legislation, awards, and company policies while managing risk and business continuity strategies.
Oversee payroll systems (Dayforce and ADP Payforce) and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver accurate reporting, audits, and governance requirements.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading and coaching a payroll team in a complex, multi-site environment.
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, awards, and compliance requirements.
Expertise in Dayforce and ADP Payforce for a significant period.
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical/problem-solving ability.
Exceptional communication, organisational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (desirable).
