Responsibilities
* Provide knowledgeable, caring advice on pet wellness products
* Build relationships with customers, offering warm, genuine service
* Keep the store organised and shelves well-stocked (some heavy lifting required)
* Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
* Work as part of a supportive, team-focused environment
