**About the role**

As a member of the Harvey Norman Information Technology team based at the corporate office in Homebush West, you will be part of a highly collaborative and enjoyable work environment. Responsibilities include;
- Capturing and analysing business requirements in the form of user stories, including assessing feasibility, business benefits and conditions of satisfaction.
- Collaborating daily with your Scrum team to plan and prioritise work, prepare estimates and release plans, review, and report on progress, resolve issues and drive delivery to agreed timelines.
- Managing the training and handover process to business users.
- Assessing new technologies, products, and services.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
**About you**
You will be an experienced Product Manager with extensive domain experience in eCommerce and a background managing Agile teams. You will also possess a solid technical grasp of payment gateways, inventory management, and order management systems.
- You will also have:_
- Understanding of web and mobile standards, responsive design, search optimisation best practices, performance, accessibility, and usability considerations.
- Strong techniques for facilitating workshops to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development and UX design teams.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with product backlog management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Experience with Adobe Commerce is preferred.
