Position Description:In this role you will work collaboratively with NDIS participants, private clients and stakeholders to deliver person-centered services to enhance participation and independence, empowering people to live a full life and achieve their speech and language goals.
We are looking for someone with experience in the delivery of speech pathology services within a disability sector context, with the ability to develop individualised strategies and clinical management plans that are responsive to the person's needs and in line with their goals.
You will have a positive attitude and be adaptive and flexible to the changing needs of clients, NDIS and the organisation.
Throughout your work you will build on delivering a tailored service, and where challenges arise, you will approach them collaboratively, in partnership with families, carers, teachers, and colleagues.

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Minimum 12 months experience working in a Speech Pathologist role
• Criminal History Check
• Yellow Card
• Blue Card
