Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an RTO Administrator/Client Liaison located in East Rockingham, WA. The RTO Administrator/Client Liaison will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining client relations, providing customer support, and ensuring the smooth operation of training and assessing activities. This role involves tasks such as handling client inquiries, coordinating with trainers and assessors, preparing documentation, and providing analytical support to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
* Excellent Written Communication and general Communication skills
* Strong Analytical Skills for data management and reporting
* Proficiency in Customer Support and Client Relations
* Attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Experience in the education or training industry is advantageous
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
