We're looking for a Marketing Manager to support in driving our always-on marketing engine across app, retail, eCommerce, and partnerships. This is a hands‐on, fast‐paced role for someone who thrives in execution, loves bringing campaigns to life, and knows how to keep multiple moving parts running seamlessly.
The Role
This role sits at the heart of our marketing function connecting the dots across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints to ensure everything we put into the world is delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
You'll play a critical role in executing KIC's always-on marketing strategy, supporting growth across our digital platform, retail, and partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing
Always‐On Marketing Execution
* Support with driving the execution of always‐on marketing initiatives across app, retail, and eCommerce
* Manage timelines, briefs, approvals, and deliverables across campaigns
* Maintain and optimise integrated marketing calendars
* Ensure all campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
Retail & Partnerships
* Support the rollout of retail marketing activity across DTC and wholesale channels
* Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
* Execute in‐store and online retail marketing materials
* Manage partnership deliverables including timelines, assets, and communications
eCommerce & Trade
* Support campaign setup across eCommerce including launches and promotions
* Execute trading calendar activity and onsite updates
* Coordinate product uploads, merchandising, and campaign assets
* Support integration and accuracy across platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus)
* Assist with funnel‐based campaigns and tools
Lifecycle & CRM
* Support lifecycle marketing execution across email, push, and in‐app channels
* Assist with briefing and coordination across communications teams
Reporting & Operations
* Track and report on key marketing performance metrics
* Support budget tracking, invoicing, and campaign spend
* Maintain organised documentation across campaigns and processes
Customer Experience
* Support customer and community experience initiatives when needed
About You
* 2–3 years experience in marketing, campaign execution, or similar roles
* Highly organised with strong project management skills
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Detail‐oriented with a high standard for execution
* Proactive, collaborative, and takes ownership
* Familiar with tools like Shopify, CRM platforms (e.g., Braze), or similar
* Exposure to retail, eCommerce, lifecycle, or partnerships marketing is a plus
