**Positions Available Across Day, Afternoon and Night Shift Machine Operation Role **

Job Responsibilities: As a Machine Operator at Bianco Reinforcing, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
Machine Set-Up and Operation: Set up and operate our advanced machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
Loading Operation: Efficiently and safely loaded / unloaded product.
Quality Control: Monitor the production line to ensure that our machines consistently produce high-quality products that meet our rigorous standards.
Optimisation and Maintenance: Keep a keen eye on machine performance and make adjustments where authorised to maximize output and minimize downtime. Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the machinery operates at peak efficiency.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Comply with company policies and regulations to meet industry standards.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless production flow and successful project completion.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Forklift License: Forklift License would be desirable.
Overhead Crane: Experience with overhead cranes is highly regarded.
Experience: Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or construction environment is preferred. Experience within steel processing, reinforcing steel manufacturing and machinery (rebar, mesh) would be highly desirable.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment, including their set-up, operation, and maintenance.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in product output.
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to identify and resolve machine-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Safety Conscious: Prioritise safety and follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
