We have an opportunity for an Electrical Project Supervisor seeking a new challenge to join our delivery team on a large greenfield construction project in SEQ.

The Role
Immediate Start.
Construction Based Project.
Full time, working Monday to Saturday 10 hour days - Base hourly rate plus penalties and travel allowances.
Key responsibilities
Reporting to the onsite NCSA Project Manager.
Supervise and mentor a team of Leading Hands and Electricians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Facilitate and review that work is carried out safely and in compliance with NCSA policies and procedures.
Provide technical guidance and support to the team, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Participate in the procurement of materials and equipment to support project delivery.
Maintain detailed QA records and provide progress reports to the project manager.
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience as an Electrical Project Supervisor, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role within the electrical industry.
Solid technical expertise and knowledge of complex wiring systems.
Excellent project supervision and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Relevant electrical trade qualifications and licences.
Current CPR/LVR.
Unrestricted C Class Drivers Licence.
Construction Industry White/Blue Card.
Experience with Simpro and Simpro Digital Forms desirable.
