What will you do?
* Prepare, cook and present high‐quality dishes in a fast‐paced kitchen environment
* Ensure all menu items consistently meet presentation and quality standards
* Maintain strict compliance with kitchen hygiene, food safety, WHS and HACCP requirements
* Assist with daily food preparation, stock rotation and equipment upkeep
* Be available to work across a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
* Provide supervision and support across all back‐of‐house operations
* Manage ordering, stock control and associated kitchen administration tasks
* Lead designated sections during service and assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
More about you
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
* Experience working in high‐volume, fast‐paced kitchen environments
* Demonstrated ability to operate in line with WHS and HACCP standards
* A team‐focused approach with the ability to lead or support colleagues in a high‐pressure setting
* Flexibility to work across a 7‐day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
