We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Brisbane. This pivotal leadership role involves driving excellence in community-based participant care, team development, and service innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Community-Focused Caseload: Manage a moderate caseload of participants with complex needs, providing tailored assessments, interventions, and therapy plans to support their independence and quality of life.
* Empowering Participants: Work directly with participants, families, and carers to develop meaningful outcomes that enhance daily living and community engagement.
* Team Leadership: Mentor, supervise, and support the Occupational Therapy team, including junior clinicians, to ensure high‐quality services for our community.
* Service Innovation: Lead initiatives that improve therapy services, including research, quality assurance, and service planning.
* NDIS Awareness: Stay up-to‐date with NDIS changes and ensure the team is informed and compliant.

About You
* Qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration.
* 2+ years of clinical experience (NDIS experience highly regarded).
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex caseloads and provide guidance to team members.
* Exceptional communication, time management, and problem‐solving skills.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
