The opportunity
TCSO remains focussed, driven by innovation and dedicated to continuous improvement. The Professional Growth and Capability Lead works in partnership with the Manager: Learning, Capability and Culture to lead and support the provision of high-quality operational and strategic oversight of capability building activities across Toowoomba Catholic Schools (TCS). This role will see you work closely with our schools and office to lead the design, delivery, and implementation of capability-building initiatives and drive growth across career development, leadership development, and performance. You will build and maintain networks with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to meet operational and strategic needs with a focus on advancing the TCS strategic plan and integrated strategies.

About you
* Degree level qualifications in the education field or human resources.
* Minimum of 5 years' professional experience within the education field, or a leadership role within a school setting.
* Experience leading or managing a team.
* A strong organisational and project management capability, including the ability to provide leadership across multiple projects and teams.
* Outstanding conceptual and analytical skills, including the ability to undertake research, prepare reports and provide expert advice to senior management.
* A deep understanding of the current national education landscape.
* Outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
