Strategic Improvement Advisor
This is a senior role where you will work closely with the Manager Organisational Performance to develop and implement projects that drive organisational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Championing Business Excellence principles across all levels.
* Collaborating with teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and embed proactive ways of working.
* Developing and delivering training programmes that build capability and drive innovation.
* Supporting leaders to turn ideas into measurable outcomes that align with the organisation's long-term goals.
Your work will have a direct impact on the organisation's evolution – influencing our people, systems, and services. We are looking for someone who is strategic, collaborative, and passionate about driving improvement.
We seek candidates with a degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, proven experience in organisational development and improvement, familiarity with Business Excellence frameworks, strong skills in report writing, facilitation, and training delivery, data-informed mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, ability to champion the organisation's principles and values, and a satisfactory police check.
