Are you a driven Contracts Administrator with a passion for the luxury residential sector? Based in the Illawarra, we are a boutique builder‐developer seeking a talented professional to join our dynamic team.
This is a full‐time, hybrid role located in Wollongong, NSW.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
* Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules across multiple trades throughout the project.
* Manage progress claims and variations
* Handle cost and project reporting
* Monitor project progress and proactively identify and manage risks and issues
* Maintain clear, consistent communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Experience & Requirements
* Proven experience in Class 2 construction project management.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and Australian building regulations
* Demonstrated leadership capability, with the ability to motivate and align teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* High level of organisation, accountability, and attention to detail
* Experience with project management systems (e.g. Procore, MS Project)
* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
* White Card (mandatory)
