Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented coordinator to support our key account and business development teams in the preparation and submission of tenders, managing CRM systems, and coordinating client-facing activities. The successful candidate will work with internal stakeholders to drive growth and maintain operational excellence.
The role involves managing tender submissions, maintaining login credentials and access for tender portals, coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather required documentation, and ensuring timely submissions. The coordinator will also assist in the production of accurate and competitive quotes for new opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in office administration, tender coordination, or junior business development/sales role.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
