Staff Rostering Professional
As a Staff Rostering Professional, you will play a vital role in forward planning and development of rosters, up to six weeks in advance, managing daily rostering enquiries, adjusting rosters to accommodate changes such as leave requests, unplanned absences, and operational needs.
* Monitoring and maintaining rosters daily, adjusting to accommodate changes such as leave requests, unplanned absences, and operational needs
* Maintaining rostering information on time management systems, employee databases, and establishments
This role requires demonstrable experience and proficiency in the use of rostering-based systems, understanding of rostering principles for planning and maintaining multiple staff roster lines, and knowledge and experience in human resource services and payroll processing.
