* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver person-centred, evidence-based allied health services under supervision.
* Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans and implement therapy programs.
* Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, care coordination and goal planning.
* Educate and empower consumers, families and carers to support engagement in daily life and self-management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who possess:

* A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
* Current or eligible registration with the relevant national professional board.
* A foundational understanding of culturally safe practice and the social and cultural determinants of health affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully within a multidisciplinary team.
