Backed by a reputation for quality and a comprehensive product portfolio, you'll be stepping into a role with both influence and impact.Your Role:Lead and coach a team of two Account Managers, setting direction and standards for success.Drive sales growth through strategic planning, market engagement and execution.Build and strengthen relationships with major distributors such as Blackwoods, United Fasteners, MM Group and key independents.Expand presence with end-users including Lendlease, mining operators, contractors and engineering firms.Implement structured sales processes that enhance performance, drive revenue growth and increase market share.What You Bring:Proven experience in the fasteners industry, ideally with structural bolting and construction anchors.In-depth knowledge of the wholesale distribution landscape, with established contacts or the ability to build strategic partnerships.Experience engaging end-users on major infrastructure, construction or mining projects.Strong hands on leadership credentials with a track record of team development and sales performance.Strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute scalable sales processes.About the Client:This is a rare opportunity to represent a family-run business with more than nine decades of engineering excellence.
