THE POSITION
Plan, supervise, and monitor the food production across functions and in house menu-based catering
Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
Lead, develop and inspire a small team of culinary talents
Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Oversee inventory, procurement, cost controland minimize food wastage
THE PERSON
Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
An accomplished leaderwith a stellar culinary track record
Current Police Check, or ability to obtain
Experienced with both bulk cooking and functions & events catering
Experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams
Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control
