About the Opportunity: We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Community & Development Coaches to join the Brisbane Bullets' Community & Development team. In this role, you’ll lead and assist in the delivery of basketball programs, clinics, and camps across Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. You’ll be responsible for coaching young athletes, supporting session logistics, and creating a fun, engaging, and positive learning environment. This role offers flexibility with casual, part-time, or full-time hours available – perfect for those looking to build their coaching experience or make a bigger impact in the basketball community. Key Responsibilities: Lead coaching sessions for groups of 15–25 athletes Deliver structured training aligned with program goals Create a positive, high-energy environment focused on development Communicate clearly with participants and parents Assist with session logistics – event set-up, registration, and pack down About You: Valid Blue Card (or ability to obtain one) Access to your own transport and willing to travel across Brisbane and outer suburbs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Punctual, dependable, and professional Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability Passionate about player development and community engagement Desirable: Experience coaching representative-level basketball Understanding of CLA coaching principles Excited to represent the Brisbane Bullets and develop the next generation of players?
