About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Australia.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales prospects and accounts
2. Developing comprehensive sales, proposal, and marketing strategies aligned with our global and regional initiatives
3. Executing agreed-upon sales strategy development plans
4. Aligning our company's strategy with the current and future business strategies of existing and new customers
5. Contributing to the global sales team with monthly forecasts, weekly reports, market intelligence, etc.
6. Leading the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals
7. Understanding existing competitive technology and market pressures within the Artificial Lift segment, identifying areas for product development to keep us at the forefront of the market
8. Implementing and executing sales strategies for additional Process & Flow technologies products
9. Understanding and communicating customer needs, providing reactive and proactive support with clear, documented follow-up plans
10. Conducting customer visits, providing office-based support, and undertaking internal travel within the territory as required
