The Job Role
You will be a key contributor to the success of this project, responsible for:
* Preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier agreements.
* Administering contracts and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
* Managing budgets and cost control processes.
* Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to deliver seamless project execution.
* Monitoring variations, progress claims, and project reporting.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator on new build projects over $50M.
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost control.
* A team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
