Accounts assistant (greenfields)

Responsibilities

• Sales reconciliation and stock control
• Assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Payroll
• Weekly financial reporting and processing
• Banking
• End of month support
• Ad hoc administrative support as required

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience with Accounts Payable and Payroll
• Able to work during school holiday periods and some public holidays
• Self‐motivated, reliable and proactive
• Able to manage their time and work to deadlines
• Organised, thorough, and process driven
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Highly desirable: MYOB experience
