We are seeking level 1/2 IT Support people proficient with IT hardware and software support to assist with ad-hoc tasks in and around the Gosford area.
Skills & Experience
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues Ability to diagnose and resolve basic Networking issues Excellent troubleshooting skills with proven capability Knowledge of MS Windows OS & MS Office Suite Experience in MS Active directory & IP telephony would be an advantage Ability to work independently and communicate directly with the onsite client. Excellent presentation and communication skills IT Degree, Training, or experience Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Responsibilities
Provide IT support for PCs, mobiles, printers, AV devices and basic networks Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues related to end-user devices Installing and imaging PC devices in a Windows environment Provide 1st and 2nd level deskside support Provide hardware support in a data centre environment Liaise with remote support to resolve issues.
