The Position:
1. Supervision of cleaners in relation to day to day cleaning, work within building
2. Rostering shifts for all cleaners
3. Control of the cleaning budget
4. Carry out cleaning inspection, be responsible for Quality control and service rotations
5. Receive and respond to emails
6. Issuing and Managing staff rosters, time sheet
7. Review stock levels and complete the orders
8. Maintenance of cleaning records and compliance standards
9. Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers

Minimum Criteria:
14. Experience in cleaning operations; domestic, commercial or industrial
15. Demonstrated sound knowledge in floor maintenance and high level cleaning with an eye for detail
16. National Police clearance, within 3 months of issue
17. Self motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job
18. Professional presentation and customer service
19. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management.
