Job Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Advisor to lead end-to-end hiring. You'll partner with Hiring Managers on both White and blue collar roles, offer expert recruitment guidance, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand and support their recruitment needs
* Post job ads and manage targeted talent pools
* Guide candidates through each stage of the recruitment process
* Organise and maintain candidate documentation
* E nsure recruitment activities align with company processes and standards
* Create tailored sourcing strategies for specific roles
* Support the HR Advisor with general recruitment and HR tasks
Requirements
* Comfortable using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows
* Experienced in recruiting internally for either white-collar or blue-collar roles
* Able to communicate clearly and professionally with people at all levels
* Great at managing time and taking initiative to get things done
* Familiarity with industry-specific tickets, licenses, and qualifications is a plus
