Join a supportive, forward-thinking multidisciplinary team based in a purpose-built, freshly renovated clinic near Brendale. You'll work alongside 4 OTs, 3 Speech Pathologists, 3 Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, and a dedicated admin team*.
You'll be well supported with:
* Weekly 1:1 Supervision with a Senior OT
* Optional external supervision for added guidance
* Gradual increase of caseload over 6 months
* Generalist Caseload: AT, EP, Neurodiversity, Developmental Delay & PDA
* Structured induction, providing work shadowing opportunities
* Daily protected admin time
* Flexiblestart and finish times
* Caseloads tailored to your interests and strengths
* No complex clients initially - introduced only as you're ready
* Fortnightly PDwith the multidisciplinary team
* Quarterly Guest Speakersfrom OT industry leaders
* Joined Therapy Sessionswork alongside other Allied Health clinicians to support clients achieve their goals
* Run programs within partnered Kindergartens settings if you wish - preparing for the role out of the Thriving Kids Program

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* AHPRA registration
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
