Leader of Diversity and Inclusion
This leadership position plays a pivotal role in promoting a culture of inclusiveness within the school community. The Position of Leadership - Diversity works collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement teaching strategies that cater to the diverse needs of students.
The ideal candidate will be an advocate for student diversity, fostering a sense of belonging among all members of the school community. This role requires effective communication with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work autonomously, and demonstrate a commitment to creating a child-safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the school community
* Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement inclusive teaching strategies
* Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
* Registration or eligibility to register with Queensland College of Teachers
* Support for the ethos of Catholic Education
