Key Responsibilities:
* Receiving and processing delivery documentation, bills of lading, invoicing, and direct banking reports
* Maintaining and updating inventory tracking and balancing via Excel spreadsheets
* Preparing end-of-month reports and managing document filing systems
* Identifying and reporting discrepancies to suppliers and internal stakeholders
