Job Summary
The Administration Officer role is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team. This includes managing and updating our national fleet database, ensuring compliance documentation is current and accurate for all vehicles and trailers.
About You
* You will have demonstrated experience in a busy administrative or operational support role, preferably within the transport, logistics, or heavy vehicle maintenance sector.
* A Certificate IV in office administration or equivalent experience is well regarded.
* You will have beginner to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Fleet Management Software (or similar ERP/database systems).
* Strong written and verbal skills to liaise effectively with mechanics, drivers, managers, and external vendors.
