About the Role
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for onboarding and developing suppliers nationally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with global standards.
* Manage non-conformance processes and develop corrective action plans.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop processes and documentation to reduce risk and drive improvement initiatives.
* Develop and deliver quality assurance education programs and provide training and guidance as needed.
Requirements
* Lead Auditor Certification or relevant experience in supplier quality management is preferred.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards and change management experience is essential.
* Strong analytical skills are required to interpret technical documentation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary, paired with a proactive, collaborative approach and dedication to continuous improvement.
